After we had been logged in for an adoption from China for almost a year, our social worker asked if we would want to be put on the adoption waiting list for South Korea, since China adoptions had slowed down so drastically. We said sure, and much to our surprise, we received a call just about 2-1/2 months later that they had a baby girl for us in Seoul, South Korea! She is a very petite little girl, born June 30th, 2007, and weighing 13 pounds at the time of her referral (5 months). She is currently residing in a foster home. We are going to name her Olivia.
